“We leave Motorland Aragón empty-handed. The weekend started to get challenging when I crashed out on my best lap in FP3, which put me into Q1. Although my lap in qualifying was decent, I had no slipstream and couldn’t make the cut. In the race, I defended my position in the first few turns and then started to attack, to recover a few spots. However, with just few laps to go, I almost crashed out and lost a lot of time. There was not much that I could do, apart from crossing the finishing line. Next week we are racing in Japan and I’ll do my best to turn things around in front of my home crowd.”
