“I’m not fully satisfied with how we wrapped up the weekend, but we’re going to take the positive out of it. We worked well in the free practices and in QP we achieved a solid position on the third row. The start of the race was ok, I was with the front group and holding on to my spot. However, after a couple of laps, I almost crashed and that made me lose quite a bit of time. Afterwards, I started my comeback, and eventually we finished inside the Top-10. I am sure we could have gone home with a better result. We take away a strong weekend of continuous improvements and now we aim for front positions in Misano.”
