“We leave Italy without the result that we were hoping for. I was trying my best to deliver a good weekend for the team’s sponsor, but it did not work out. Despite a strong start on Friday, when my lap got cancelled in qualifying it meant that I’d have to begin the race from the back of the grid. I was working hard to make my comeback and I was aiming for the points, but I got a long lap penalty and that pushed me way back.
I can’t wait to be in Aragón to make up for this.”
